My .fbx file does not appear?

I can use FBX Review to see the image, but when Import to Adobe.

I gett a blank page?

Hi Gerard,

I had no trouble opening the mesh in Substance 3D Painter.

Could you let me know in which software you had the issue? Also which version of this software?
