Painter 8.1.0-current not opening past splash screen

Windows 10 64bit (latest).  Painter Version 7.4.3 and before works flawlessly.  After upgrading to any version 8.1.0 and beyond to current, only  the splash screen opens and closes, program does not open.   I have 4 users on the same hardware all experiencing the same issue. 

Updated video driver to 522.25 and same problem.  Running nvidiaopenglrdp using remote desktop.  Also tried updating to 2060 but same result.

Intel i7-4820K

Nvidia 1060 6GB

32GB RAM

I tried moving one user to a newer model i7 with the same 1060 video card and the user was able to open 8.2.0, which seems like possible processor compatibility.  Logs attached from trying version back to 7.4.3 which was successful.  We need to use 8.2.0 to be on the same version as out clients.  Please advise!
