Painter Crashes

Hi,

I've had ongoing issues with Substance Painter (and Sampler) crashing.  Rather than load, they just open to the Bug Report window ("Substance Painter didn't shut down correctly" etc.).  I then have the option of submitting a report or clicking 'Cancel', neither of which ever lead to the programs loading up.  I have attached the text log.

If anyone could please help, that would be great, thanks,
