Painter Crashing Windows, BlueScreen

RAM: 64GB DDR4

Drive: 2TB mvme2

Substance Painter: v10.1.2

Ive keep having issues with painter this week. Getting bluescreen many times i try to close Substance Painter. And when windows boots up the file is currupted. I cant revert back to an older Painter version since i then can't open the submited files that are using the new version. 

And next time trying to open painter it also gives me an error:
Substance 3D Painter encountered an unexpected error and is now exiting, please restart Substance 3D Painter and send a crash report. Reason: Failed to open "projectsettings.ini"

Not sure what is going on here. Just though to make a post and see if someone has a solution.
