pleaseee help can not render iray in painter and designer

Please give a complete answer in a short time.
Will this iray problem be solved in 50 series cards or should I replace this card with 40 series.. and sell this card at a loss?

Thank you for your answer.. Yes, but Pintro Designer works with this renderer. Even now, the rendering speed is slow because it is rendered only with the CPU, and previously the graphics and CPU were together. We hope that in the next version or new update, this problem will be solved for the Pintro software, which is really powerful software.. Even the possibility of rendering with 8k resolution

Hello @graphic5FEE,

 

First of all and no matter what we're gonna do, I don't advise you to sell your 5000 just for Iray.

 

Currently Iray is a simple and nice looking renderer, but it lacks many features to justify a GPU downgrade.

 

Now, to answer your question, we've made a decision and the solution should be in a coming bugfix. I don't have all the details yet, but it is coming.
