Problem with installer UI offset

I'm trying to install the software on win10 for the first time, with 2560*1440 screen, 100% scale. Yet no matter how I change language, resolution, scale or DPI settings in compatibility, the install button still dont show up.

Has anyone encountered the problem or my pc has irregular settings?

From what source are you trying to download it? Try to instal it from the Creative Cloud app.
