Reinstalling substance painter student version

Hi, I'm trying to reinstall Substance Painter after it got deleted from having to wipe my computer. I initially downloaded the student-free version with my college license access. I cannot get this access again after it was uninstalled. How can I fix this? I really need it for my college work.
