Scene takes 40+ minutes to load on new model then doesn't show 3D model when loaded

this has become incredibly frustrating, its the last part i need in this 3D model to complete it and i just CAN NOT LOAD the model. whenever i can load it, it takes 40+ minutes to load, then it doesnt display the 3D model. I have no idea how to fix this, its becoming increasingly more and more frustrating. I can find any answers online for this. Please help I cant find any answers and I cant do anything with substance painter acting like this. It is also only on this model, ive loaded higher polygon models in seconds but this just doesnt work. I also have the error in the corner saying "[Scene 3D] Skipping one or more lines with the same content" no idea what this means.
