Started the trail for SP, "can’t verify your subscription status" error message.

I would really like to trail this software before purchasing, any ideas on what to do here please?

    Hi

    Try this:

    Can you try this, it worked for me when I got that message when I first used the Adobe versions:

    1.Go to the Adobe CC desktop app and sign out of your account

    2. In the desktop app check for updates (the app itself may update)

    3. Sign back into your account

    4. Try opening Painter from the start menu
