Steam edition causing mouse drift?

I've recently run into this issue where every time I open and click on the steam edition of Substance Painter 2022, it causes my mouse to slighlty and constantly drift to the right when using the program. The issue persists outside the program as well until I type and enter text within a seprate window. The instant I click back in the Substance window, the problem occurs once more. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program but the issue persists. I'm honestly not sure why this keeps happening and any solutions would be greatly appricated as this minor incovienence causes painting directly on a model to be quite frustrating.
