substance 3d for students

unable to complete the form https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/ as it will not accept my colleggwent.ac.uk address, no option to proceed to add proof in any other way ... help options just take you in circles without answering ... I have trried logging out of my account and back in, also tried logging out and creating a new account using the same colleggwent.ac.uk address and now have a personal and a work \study account but still has not worked.

Error shows adobe id (checked that this is the same as email address) as the field of errror and error message saying:  Please correct errors before submitting this form.

Same thing happens to me. I get exactly the same error every time I try to send the form. Have you managed to do it any other way?

Hi

This forum is mainly answered by Adobe application users rather than Adobe staff.

For an account query use the Contact us link at the link below (make sure you do not have pop ups blocked)

https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html   and type AGENT

Please note - do not respond or give account information to anyone who asks in these forums (including by private message). Scammers are known to try that here in order to steal your details.

I have tried it again making sure it has been spelt right so I do not think that is the problem. Is it possible to get the plan through a student ID verification instead. If so could you direct me to that, if not could you tell me the educational email requirements needed. Thank you.

Yeah sorry the email is supposed to be "l" like in the screenshot

Is the spelling correct? Your screenshot shows to 'll's in colleggwent, your screenshot shows a single 'l'
