Substance 3D Student verification code for Identit-e code not receiving

Hello. This is ongoing issue for almost a month ( I checked previous threads ).

1. Nothing in spam folder

2. Code can magically be send manually by a support team member, but not automatically.

3.  Identit-e support team told me that issue is purely on Adobe's side.

   Why this is not fixed yet? If you want to force student to buy product instead - don't give them false hope and just say so.
