Substance Painte Application Error 0xc0000142

Hello all,

i have just intsalled Substance Painter Version 9.1.1

Applikation will not start, even not as Administrator.

I am Running Windoes 10, with build shown below, on an older PC System

 

Do you have an idea what may cause this error.

Note : I am using Steam Version of Substance painter before i intsalled 12/22 or 01/23

 

I can't rememner what this version , build of Substance painter was that runs with my configuration

    Hi Marc,

     

     

    As you mentioned, your system is unfortunately under the minimum requirement for running Substance 3D Painter. I'm afraid I personally don't have a solution regarding your issue.

    I have noticed that Versions 7.x Workshop fine ich specialky 7.2. Version 8.x and Higher will not.

    Makes me wonder because indication in adobe Shows Version 9.1.1 will Work by Green indicatior. If i have to guess, It seams that old CPU causes this.  If you have old system too and able to use current Version please Tell me how to solve this
