Substance Painter

After installation and subsequent launch of the program, (Substance Painter 7.1.1) the logo appears, and after a few seconds it displays the message "The program has stopped working". How to solve the problem?
Operation system - Windows 8.1 64-bit
Before that, everything worked on Windows 7 and 10 versions.
P.S. There is no way to roll back to another system.
