Substance painter 9.0 having issue loading and saving

Hi everyone,

 

It seems Substance painter sometimes loads textures and at other times would not dare to do so... also same for saving projects, it worked this morning but I had issues starting that sometimes it would not save anything, despite allowing me to exit without saving and no warning.

I am under Win10, with a Nvidia and no update has been done or needs to be it seems.

    We can indeed see there's an issue loading your library files, and this is usually due to a corrupted custom asset. Could you try to delete these HDRI and tell me if the issue persists?

    Thanks for the message.

     

    Would you mind sending me your log (C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter), so I can take a closer look?

     

    That being said, I guess there's a corrupted asset in your library, preventing the soft to work properly. But if we want to check the issue isn't related to the 9.0 release, you can rollback Substance Painter for a previous version and see if the problem persists.
