Windows 11-Home. I use Steam Edition of Substance Painter, It crashes if used on a monitor which is not the main monitor. Easy to reproduce Bu simply clicking on environment on a slave monitor. Crashes randomly on other features. If I use it on the main monitor the issue goes away.

We know some users encounter problems with Wacom tablets, unfortunately we never succeed to reproduce the issue. From experience, I'd advise you to set the Wacom as the main screen in your Windows parameter and check if the crashes persist.

Another potential lead we have is the framerate difference between the screens. You might want to try to open the Nvidia Control Panel (right click anywhere on your desktop>NVIDIAControl Panel), open the Manage 3D Settings tab, add Adobe Substance 3D Painter under the Program Settings and disable the application controlled vertical sync option.

Tell me if it helps, it apparently did for some users.

I have 3 monitors, two nomral monitors (Dell) and one is wacom Cintiq Pro 24 monitor. SP does not load even if WACOM is not turned off. It is loaded only when the display mode of one screen on two monitors is enabled.log  log_back

if Substance 3D Painter doesn't launch, you will find the log under:

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter

By the way, is your secondary screen a Wacom ?

Hello @VLEK28757210yys8,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the issue. Could you please share your log (help>export log...), so I can dig deeper into the problem ?

In the meantime, I'd advise as usual to make sure your graphic drivers are updated and make sure your secondary screen is plugged to your GPU.

Best regards,
