Substance Painter crashes on launch

Hi there

 

I have a mc m1 worked with Pt fine until I updated to newest version.   I "fix" the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling but then after closing and reopening later same thing: crashes!  So if anyone has experienced this and has a solution it would be so appreciated.    Thanks 🙂

We got there in the end.   This is the solution.   Hi guys. I have had an ongoing problem with Adobe Pt constantly crashing and finally found a solution so thought this might help someone. Its the same as when you sometimes have an issue with MAYA and have to remame the prefs folder and then let the system make another nice new clean one when it re-opens.
