Substance Painter Crashing Upon Start Up

I don't know what's happened, but after the newest update this week, when I start Substance Painter, I get an error that it was not shut down properly and it crashes.  When I try to send a report, it can't send the report.  I finally came here to manually enter the report.  After I close that window, Substance Painter starts and seems to function normally.
