Substance painter freezes shortly after startup

SP freezes constantly after startup, I am still able to perform some actions, but it freezes and I have to use the task manager and end task.

I am unable to work. It started with 8.1.2 but continued with the update to 8.1.3.

Also tried to run as admin, didn't work. 

Never happened to me before with SP...
