Substance painter not launching

 Hello, 

 I have an issue with launching Substance Painter. I have installed and attempted to launch it with all program versions, but the same error occurs. When launching, the program begins to load, then immediately crashes and fails to launch. I have tried running the program as an administrator and it does not fix the problem. Substance Painter is not listed in the Task Manager window when launching, it appears the crash is happening near the beginning of the launch process. I also have tried to update my graphic drivers and reinstall them.

 Has anyone else had this issue and if so has anyone been able to fix it? Since I have tried to use all previous versions unsuccessfully, I don't see how it could be a hardware issue on my end.
