Substance painter running issue

Hello,

 

I just bought substance painter (creative cloud desktop) but the softwear doesn't open (it doesn't respond). I already got PS and LR that run correctly. I even changed my regional settings as i saw somewhere in the discussions but it didn't work for me.

I don't understand where's the trouble comes from.

    Hello,

    The software opened automatically on the screen #2.
    I uninstalled it and reinstalled it a first time but it didn't resolve the
    problem.
    So I uninstalled it again but this time with Ccleaner and next cleaned
    registers and reinstalled it again.
    Now the problem looks resolved : 3d painter opens on the screen #1 and runs
    perfectly.

    Does your computer meet minimum specifications for Substance Painter? How many screens do you have, and are you starting it on what Windows considers Screen #1?
