Substance Painter & Sampler Application Issue

Hello,

I downloaded again Substance 3D Painter with other software on my HP Envy x360 [Windows 11] at Creative Cloud Desktop. I got the 30 days free trial for the software's: Substance 3D Designer, Substance 3D Painter and Substance 3D Sampler. My issue is, when I wanna open Painter. It's loading the application [the window pops up], but its crashes/disappear after few seconds like for Sampler. The only software that works is Designer and the Application works there. I don't know what the issue is from Painter and Sampler.

i7-8565U 8th Gen

1.99 GHz

16GB Ram

475GB Storage

Nivida GeForce mx150

Does someone knows the issue/Can someone help me?

Hi again Itthi,

Apparently, your GPU doesn't support last versions of OpenGL causing issues when launching. You could always try to update your driver, but I don't think this will solve the issue. I'm afraid you'll need another hardware to run Substance Painter and Sampler.

Thanks for the message.

Unfortunately, you GPU is under the minimum requirement for using Substance 3D Painter or Sampler. This is certainly the issue, but with that being said, I'm a bit surprised the soft doesn't open at all.

Would you mind sharing your log, so I can take a deeper look? You should find the .txt file under

C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter
