Substance Painter Window too big for monitor, can't be scaled down.

Hello. I am using Substance Painter 11.0.2. I know it has an update, I haven't downloaded it yet because I don't want to waste my bandwidth downloading an update only to have to roll back to before 11.0.2. 

It seems the Substance Painter in Windows Mode is too big for my screen. I'm using a standard 1080p resolution screen on my laptop. 

How do I fix this?
