Sybstance 3D painter stuck in Iray render warm-up

Hi,

I recently upgraded my system to an RTX 5070ti and installed the latest drivers. However, I'm encountering an issue in Substance 3D Painter where the rendering process gets stuck on "Iray render warm-up." I've waited for several hours, but the message remains unchanged. I've attached the log file, and I didn't find any error messages in it.

 

If you suspect that my GPU might have a shortage of ROPs, I can assure you that my unit does not have that issue.

 

Can anyone help me to fix that problem? It's kinda urgent ... Thanks

    I really hope so, but my client not ready to hear that kind of issue. I'm wondering if Nvidia best for productivity then they should have solved that on next driver update. Even daz studio rendering having the same problem. Imagine after purchasing this over rated MSRP gpu only for productivity, but they are given proper support for their creative customer. They already gave few driver updates, but still they didn't fix the iray rendering (substance painter, daz sudio) issue.

    i have the exact same problem with my rtx 5070. i hope we could find the solution soon
