Unable to request substance education code

Hello, 

I have followed other forums about this issue but to no avail. I've tried creating multiple diffrent emails (both gmail and outlook ones), I've tried using diffrent search engines in case that was interfearing, and I've even gone through old emails to see if there waas a way to request it from there, but again, to no avail. Dose anyone know a fix for this? I'm able to put all my details into the "submit your request" section, but im just not reciving the confirmation email after checking my spam folder and everything.
