Unable to save project in substance 3D painter 10.1.2

version: Substance 3D Painter 10.1.2 (Steam edition)

OS: windows 11 24H2 (OS Build 26.100.3037)

Everytime i try to save a file even on separate drive whole process is stopped and results in a crash. I deleted files from documents and reinstalled it but still same issue.

Hi @marcin_0311 ,

 

Thanks for the report.

 

Substance Painter has always needed an account authentification for cloud server, which the software can't do. Therefore, you must map/mount the path.

 

In addition, I advise you to check our list of Software conflicts. The solution could be in there.

 

Lastly, does the issue occurs with any file. Have you already tried with the Sample file?

Does it also occurs when using the "save as" option?
