What's wrong with the SSL certificate for service.account.adobe.com?

Every time I open Substance Painter or access adobe.com this warning shows up. It's weird as it doesn't show up on my mac, only my windows pc. I've done virus scans with avast, avira, malwarebytes, microsoft, f-seure, microtrend, etc and it doesn't find any virus. I cant find anyone else having this issue online, so I dont know if its like malware related, a false positive, or if the SSL really did expire.

# Update - I spoke to support, they said its a false positive. Please contact norton and get it sorted. You don't want all norton users to see these messages.
