When I try to open a file or create a new file in Substance Painter, it gives a critical error and closes.

My Laptop:

Intel Core i7-7500u 2.70GHZ

Amd Radeon R7 M340

12GBRam

I was working about a work. I need a quick answer, please.

Yes I did, thanks for sharing.

 

First of all, I have to mention that your specs are unfortunately under the minimum requirement for running Substance 3D Painter, and this can add several layers to your current issue.

 

I can see that the files are saved in a OneDrive application, and Substance 3D Painter doesn't support networked paths because this require an account authentification , which the software can't do.
Therefore the paths must be mapped mounted by the operating system.

Lastly your GPU seems outdated. It would be worth updating the GPU in order to see if anything changed.
