1.2MB of Cloud Storage Impossible to Find

Hello! 

Since Adobe Customer Service hasn't been able to support, wonder if the community may know how to solve this issue or where this 1.2MB is hiding; which I need removed in order for Adobe to transfer my cloud data from a different country account to this one. 

You can see I have 1.2MB of 1 TB on this account. I have cleared EVERYTHING from my Photoshop & Lightroom. Images below. 

Where can I look next? Any help?
