Adobe cloud is constantly uploading massive amounts of data.

you are right. During the synchronization process, data is constantly being sent back and forth between the local cache and the cloud storage. This ensures that the data in the cloud is always up to date. That is why data is constantly being exchanged. The more data you have in your CreativeCloud and the more individual data there are, the more data is exchanged with the cloud. According to your screenshots, about 4GB of data was exchanged and about 54GB are stored in the memory itself. That seems totally normal. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the screenshots. I would like to inform you that Cloud storage syncs your files, folders, Creative Cloud Libraries, and assets across connected devices through your Creative Cloud account. Files available within your Creative Cloud Files folder are automatically synced to the Creative Cloud website. 

If you don't want to sync your files to the cloud, you can pause the file syncing from the Creative Cloud Desktop app to stop the file sync. Please check this article and let us know if that helps: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/set-sync-options.html

Welcome to the community. To assist you further, are you referring to the files inside the Creative Cloud files folder, which is stored locally on the computer? Are there any other files which are syncing outside of the Creative Cloud files folder on Adobe Cloud? Is it possible to share the screenshot of where you see files are synced?
