Adobe creative cloud constantly wants to be repaired after PC sleep

Creative cloud 6.8.0.821

Windows 11 24H2 26100.6725

Let PC sleep overnight and wake it up.  There will be a message that creative cloud needs to be repaired.

I expect that it should not constantly be repaired.

Why is this happening?

Thanks. I've added it to a jira ticket and asked engineering to investigate.

In fact if I just dismiss the prompt, creatice cloud works fine.  It's a false positive.  Nothing is actually corruupted.  Maybe someone sould look at the logs and figure out why it is sayong this.  I did upload my logs prior to the cleanup.

No way.  This is why I hate posting on community forums but you do not provide a way to report a bug  If I logoff and login, adobe creative cloud works fine without doing any repairs.  It's a false positive.  Probably something to do with being unable to communicate on a network while the PC is in windows modern sleep.  No other program has this sort of issue.

it's software on your computer triggering the corruption.

Okay I did the cleaning and reinstalling.  No way to know if the probleem is fixed until the PC deep sleeps.  It won't happen if I just put it to sleep manually.

Hi @Robert38872620adm1,

Welcome to the community! Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience with the Creative Cloud desktop app prompting for repair after your PC wakes from sleep. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we're here to help!

To resolve this issue, we recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool-
This tool helps remove installation records and resolve issues that prevent Creative Cloud apps from installing or updating.

  2. Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop App-
After running the cleaner tool, reinstall the Creative Cloud app using the official installer.
