Adobe Premiere beta doesn't load properly, it doesn't load upon turning on the application, and it's extremely slow

Not only is it extremely slow if it finally loads you can't open seen by recent files, that loading page doesn't work it's entirely blank you have to use the file open,  scrubbing through even a small scene causes an enormous delay it's basically Frozen it wasn't like this before I use this program every single day.  please figure out what is wrong with Adobe Premiere beta should I switch to Adobe Premiere Pro normal.  what is going on here
