Anyone else lose use of Bridge after this morning's update? I can't load it even when I go to the directory with the bridge.exe file or the updates list here in Creative Cloud desktop and try "Open". Hoping for a correctional update soon,.

Not much to describe. Bridge updated, and now I can’t open it to use.

Adobe is pushing it. May let beloved PS and Sub Paint go at this rate. I’m on W10 Pro ATM and LTSC eventually. I don’t plan on changing anytime soon. When I look at what Bridge does, it seems pretty expendable if say 16.0.3 stops working. If it weren’t for PS being so good I wouldn’t need ANY Adobe app (including Sub Paint, whose subscription price is ridiculous for what it does) ..

I had to roll back to 16.0.3 ….. the newer updates do not work with WIndows 10.    The rollback works perfectly … I’ll just not be able to do any uptates.

adobe will probably fix the problem in an update.  just check https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html before updating.

After trying to update today, I find out bridge is only supporting Windows 11.   Version 16.0.4 to .05 didn't work on win 10.  I got a not compatible error message.  Had to uninstall and rollback to .03

i don’t think adobe has (yet) fixed the latest version that causes a problem on win 10.  as of today, they’ve only tried to restrict win 10 users from installing the problematic update.

The latest version of Bridge 16.0.4 - you have to install the previous version to use Bridge 16.0.3 to get it to work.

I tried the earlier version 3.13 Bridge and it also doesn't respond. I cannot open Lightroom either. Cannot edit my pictures and irritated to not get help. Windows 11 Pro

Can confirm - Windows 10 22H2 (Build 19045.7417) - Bridge 16.0.4 fails on startup with error 'EnumResourceNamesA could not be located”
Rolling back to 16.0.3 resolves the issue.
Very frustrating! Have spent so long installing and uninstalling today.
I was able to just install the older version over this updated one and it’s working.

I no longer even see Bridge as an App in Creative Cloud Desktop to be able to uninstall. Will try Windows uninstall instead.

Found it in CC Desktop - where it was before I don’t know, but not in my list of installed apps. Uninstalled and reinstalled 16.0.3 and that fixed it.
