Bug while opening a file in Creative Cloud

It is while entering a keyphrase in the filter field.
If I enter "facebook alarm system installat" it finds the file "Facebook Alarm System Installation" just fine.
But, if I enter the full name of the file, it yields all files under the sun, meaning it ignores the filter entry.
So, I presume it is a bug.
