Camera RAW 18.3 is EXTREMELY LAGGING and crashing

It can take 20 seconds or more to move from image to image. Sometimes I have to switch between images to get edits to show. The remove tool, spins and spins. When it finally catches up only part of the selections shows.

I have the same problem, and based on my research and assistance from Gemini, the issue is that the RTX GPU is incompatible with the Camera Raw AI module; the problem isn't the computer's RAM or processor.
Editing with Camera Raw has become almost impossible; work deliveries are delayed, the program freezes or crashes
