Can't install valid LR or PS

Bought a new Win11 computer because Win 10 no longer supported with security updates. when I try to install  PS CS6 and LR CS6 on new computer I get a message that my Serial number is valid, but my version of PS or LR is not found(both are listed with the SN in the Adobe "products" section). I have my original install files from the last time I migrated to a new computer but when I try to install they can't  get past the notice that SN is valid but no CS6 products. The same notice says to pick a version from a list which only shows CS3-5.

Is there a work around for this issue??

I went onto Adobe chat support and they said that servers are discontinued for pre 2020.. attached is the chat.

Maybe this could be looked into.

the message you posted means you're using an upgrade serial number

No, that's not the case. I purchased LR 6 from Adobe, it is listed in my Products as LR 6 and the SN listed in Products is the SN that I used to install. I have the same problem when I install PS 6 also.

The PS install file is still available from my Products page but the LR install file is no longer available to download

my versions are 6.0 for LR and 13.0 for PS......Did Adobe discontinue these programs or support for them?

I do not have trouble installing Premier version 14.

you're installing using an upgrade serial number and no upgradeable app is installed.  you need to select the previous version you own and then you'll be prompted for its serial number.
