Can't Upload MP4 to Creative Cloud Library

Hello! For the past two days, I haven’t been able to upload MP4 files to Creative Cloud Library. Files will look like they’re uploading but then will immediately disappear. I’ve tried searching for the files to see if they might’ve uploaded to a different location unintentionally (which happens sometimes), but they are nowhere to be found in CC Library. These are small files, and we have plenty of other (and also larger) MP4 files loaded into CC Library already. Within this same timeframe, I also uploaded image files to CC Library without any problem. So, I’m not sure why this issue with MP4 files is now occurring. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.
