Can't view PDF of invoices when you're in Plans and Payment/Orders and invoices/Invoice and billing

When you want to view an invcoie in your creative cloud account (Plans and Payment/Orders and invoices/Invoice and billing history) one of the actions is to view the PDF of the document. It opens in a new tab, asks you to sign in again, tries to load the page then fails so asks you to log in again. This is a never ending loop so you can't view the PDF. Reporting this as a bug so the tech team can fix this issue. Don't always want to have to dowload the document to view it! Thanks!

I am reporting a bug. Not trying to find an answer here. My answer is to dowload and view the PDF. I am asking Adbobe to fix this issue. Not having a debate. Making them aware of the issue. That is all.

in what way do you think chrome is related to adobe, and did you try another browser?

Regardless of which browser, I would expect it to work in Chrome! After all it's Adobe
