Cannot install After Effects even when currently paying for Creative Cloud's student plan

I've been paying for my Creative Cloud All Apps subscription on a student discount since 2019. I need to install After Effects for a motion graphics class I'm taking this fall, but when I attempted to install it I was greeted with a screen that just says "Try" or "Buy" buttons for After Effects, unlike my other apps which have links to install them.

Is this an issue or does Adobe not offer After Effects with their "All Apps" subscriptions anymore?

Is this only happening with After Effects or also with other apps? If you go to https://account.adobe.com/plans , do you see that you have the All Apps plan?

ae is included with all apps.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
