Cannot install or do anything

At fisrt it showed me i had some kind of a vulcan bug with Visual Studio C++, as pointed in all other threads i had to in the end clean my laptop from all the Adobe Cloud Apps. I did everything and now I can't even install Creative Cloud again becouse it is in a .dmg file and I am using windows. Please help I am going to cry

OMG IT WORKED!!! I could finally reinstall to windows form your link. I would hug you so much if i could right now, i was considering jumping out of the window oh my god thank you

manually download the correct installer.

 

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs. 

 

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Hi! I already used it, i uninstalled and cleanned but i still cannot install creative cloud desktop app.
