Cannot install Substance Painter Student Version

I got the license for students for Substance Painter approved. However I cannot download it. It only gives me the option to buy or test it. How do I install it? It's not shown included in my subscriptions in the creative cloud app.

Hi @carlottab73871723 , can you clarify what you mean by the "license". Is it a code? It sounds like the app doesn't detect that you're entitled to Substance Painter.
