Cannot resize windows in PS,ID,AI - no corner handles appearing.

I am unable to resize adobe application windows - when moving the cursor to the corner of the window, no sizing handle appears (in the corner hitbox and beyond). All adobe applications are only opening in full-screen.

All other desktop application windows (non-Adobe) are working.

I have tried rebooting, uninstalling, changing screen settings, dock preferences, etc. - basically everything the internet had to offer for a resolution.

Setup:

Macbook Pro with M4 Max - 36GB Ram

OS: Tahoe 26.3

All Adobe CC apps are most current version (26) and were updated mid last week.
