capture help urgent no assests showing

I had 3 folder librairy on adobe capture. One with 700assest two with 40assest. So almost800 patterns and graphs.

Adobecapture app is showing 0 assests now..

I tried with cloud premium still nothing. All my work bot appearing on the app it should be on.

They appear on express firefly and assets adobe website. But usuless there.

Please help me with a real solution.

Im on phone samsung. Been using adobe capture for years on different phones android.

assuming you mean captivate, post this in the captivate forum, https://community.adobe.com/captivate-565

and change your title slightly to avoid a duplicate post error.
