Codigo de error 12013

No consigo solucionar el problema, cuando abro cualquier aplicacion me sale enseguida error y no me deja usar la aplicacion, tengo entendido que la licencia sirve para dos computadoras y deberia dejarme usar. Alguien puede ayudarme?

@Diego335380599tyg can you try signing out and signing back in to see if that resolves the issue?

 

Can you also check if you're seeing an error in the Creative Cloud desktop app?

 

If signing out and back in doesn't help, can you collect and upload a log file and provide the log file name here? Instructions here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html

Lo instale de forma normal, pero pienso quiza deba instalar desde una cuenta de administrador. Necesito mas respuestas que preguntas y disculpa no veo que me ayudes.
