Constant Error 202 Issue with Windows 10

Hi Adobe Collegues,

I am running on Windows 10 and desperately trying to to update Creative Cloud. No matter what I do I keep receiving Error 202. The issue is definitely not "because there is no space on the disk" and tried reinstalling the app and still receiving it. I've called Support numerous times before and eventually a temp fix would be found. However I'm very tired of getting Error 202 and need this fixed permanently.

Can anyone help with any tips and tricks on how to resolve this issue? Thanks so much.

The temp fix was turning off Windows Defender and Firewall to reinstall and update. Unfortunately that does not work anymore
