depuis quelques semaines je ne peux plus consulter le solde de mes crédits d'IA générative dans Creative Cloud.

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled to check https://account.adobe.com

are you using the cc desktop to view that screenshot or are you checking your adobe account page or something else?

I did all of that... but unsuccessfully !

I always get the same message...

and reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
