good luck! i still have not figured things out.

i have a creative cloud monthly subscription. and when i try to load illustrator update, it tells me that it is at 1%... so I cancel after a while. I am not sure where my problem is. everything is reacting at the moment. my serve... the internet conntection... and I am assuming something is wrong or slow on the adobe side.

do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

and copy a screenshot of the error message and paste it into a reply.

I am in the same situation, appears an error that I dont have permission to manage apps 😞 I tried everything!
