Creative Cloud App Display issue

Can someone help me figure out why the creative app looks like this.  I just noticed it recently and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the creative cloud app.  I have not done a fresh install of everything, becasue I do not want to loose some of my settingings in photoshop or lightroom.  I have tested my GPU and CPU and they seem to be fine.  I have a 2019 iMac Retina 5K i9 with a Radeon Pro Vega 48 video card.  I have 128GB of RAM too.

Any help would be great.

Hi Tarun,

I see it all the time. I have done every iteration of the uninstall
reinstall except uninstalling Lightroom and Photoshop. I will use the
backup method you describe for the LR and PS and do a full clean install
and report back.

Hi @SejalPatelMU, thanks for reaching out. Would you mind telling us when have you been seeing this issue? Have you tried repairing the Creative Cloud Desktop Application to check if that makes any difference?

You may also try uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud Desktop Application through the Cleaner Tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Note: Before uninstalling and reinstalling the App, you can back up the preferences of the apps which you want. Here are the links below.

For Photoshop: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/using/preferences.html

For Lightroom:  https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-classic/kb/preference-file-and-other-file-locations.html

Let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun
