Creative Cloud app wont show me the installed fonts any more. how do i fix that?

Creative Cloud app wont show me the installed fonts any more. “we are temporarily unable to show a list of your active fonts. please try again.” how do i fix that? Look at attached screenshot its been like this for days. even after a computer restart
