creative cloud desktop app looks blurry when im opening it.

creative cloud app looks so blurry and getting slow while opening. it lags on the intial stage and afterwards its working properly for a while, then again looks blurry in sometimes. also attached screenshot with this thread.

Hi @senthil383960464bj6 , could you share the resolution settings of your Windows machine as well as the scaling factor?

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
